We started BetBalancer to solve the problems we kept seeing inside sportsbooks, from the operator’s side of the desk rather than the vendor’s. It is a small, named team, and you will deal with the same people from your first question to your hundredth.
Why it exists
Built by people who had the same problems.
Every part of what we sell started as something that annoyed us inside a sportsbook: a live feed that dropped at the worst moment, a margin nobody could change, a support queue that swallowed a question for three days. The product is the answer to those, in that order.
