FAQ

The questions that come up on every call

Answered here so the call can be about your setup instead.

Do I have to replace my current feed?

No. That is the whole point of the second door. You can keep your provider and add the Feed Control Panel on top of it, subject to a technical assessment of your feed. If you would rather move to ours, that path exists too, but it is a choice, not a condition.

Which third-party feeds are compatible?

We do not publish a compatibility list and we do not claim universal compatibility. Feeds differ in structure, update behaviour and market coverage, so we check yours specifically and give you a written answer. That check is the technical assessment, and it happens before anything is promised.

Is Standard a cut-down version for small operators?

No. The data is identical in both editions, Standard is not a lighter feed. What differs is the level of control on top of it. Standard is the right choice when you want a clean, well-configured offer; Advanced is the right choice when you have people who will shape prices daily. Plenty of established sportsbooks run Standard deliberately.

Do you manage our risk or trade on our behalf?

No. We give your traders exposure visibility and decision support: collection, exposure and how close positions sit to the limits you defined. Your limits, your decisions. We do not run your book and we do not promise better results.

What does it cost?

There is no price list. What you pay depends on the edition you choose, the perimeter you actually use and how many brands you run. We size it with you on the call, once we know what you need, which is usually a shorter conversation than you expect.

How long does integration take?

It depends mostly on mapping, how your platform’s sports, competitions and markets line up with ours. Ask on the call and you will get the honest range for a setup like yours.

Can I see the data before committing?

Yes, and we would rather you did. The public showcase needs no login, so you can see how our output looks before you speak to anyone. Test access with your own credentials comes after a 45-minute call, so the environment matches the markets you actually run.

Who do we talk to after go-live?

The same people. A dedicated channel covers both software and content issues, staffed by the team you dealt with during evaluation and integration. Ask on the call and we will tell you the hours and response times we can hold to.

Do you work with platform providers as well as operators?

Yes. The conversation is different, it usually starts with multi-brand configuration rather than a single offer, so it is worth raising it on the call.

Do you offer betting to the public?

No. BetBalancer provides B2B services to sportsbook operators and platform providers. The showcase exists so operators can inspect data behaviour; it does not accept stakes or hold balances.
